The course among Islamabad and Kumrat is through motorway one [Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway] and afterward at Colonel Sher Khan Interchange by means of motorway 16 towards Chakdara. The water of this waterfall falls into the Panjkora River. The stunning view and falling water of this abashar give an amazing peace of mind and rest.

Jahaz Banda is a lush green meadow surrounded by high mountains talking to the skies. Jahaz Banda meadows are located at 17 km from kumrat at an altitude of 3100 (10170.6 feet) above sea level. High mountains with snow-covered peaks welcome you and take you in just heaven when you arrive at this point. Also, the weather at this point changes every half an hour.

Sometimes it rains, sometimes it snows, and sometimes the weather becomes pleasant, after which you can see the rainbow. Oxygen levels are low, and cold winds blow. The night view of the Jahaz Banda is magnificent. When you look at the sky at midnight, you can see the beautiful picture of the milky way.

Kund Banda is also a green meadow from a short distance from the main meadows of Jahaz Banda. This field is an example of beauty. There are small and beautiful waterfalls in these meadows. The water flows through this field in a small stream and flows into the Panjkora River, its beauty.

Katora Lake:

Katora Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. One of the reasons for the beauty of this Lake is its deep blue color water and its height. 

This Lake is located in a bowl between the high mountains. The distance of this Lake is 21 km from Kumrat and 4.6 km from Jahaz Banda. Its altitude is 11,500 ft (3599m) ​​above sea level.

You have to hike for three hours to get to Katora Lake. There is another lake between Jahaz Banda and Katora Lake. This is called a Jahaz Banda Lake or Butterfly Lake. This Lake is a small rest point between Jahaz Banda and Katora Lake where you can enjoy your stay and cross this Lake by boat. And then the hiking track starts again.

This track takes you to the Lake. The hiking track of Katora Lake is very rocky. You get exhausted on the way to Lake, and as soon as you have your first look at Katora Lake, all your tiredness goes away because this Lake is so beautiful that the viewer is captivated by it.
